At WELL MAMA & KIN, we walk along side you and your journey through motherhood—pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We hold the belief that if the mother is well nourished, her family will flourish. Our journey together begins by meeting your nutritional needs and extends to embracing your family's well-being with bespoke plans and wholesome, family-friendly recipes.
Understanding that true wellness encompasses more than just nutrition, we also cater to your mental, physical, and lifestyle needs, supported by our compassionate community of mama practitioners.
For those with busy lives, our in-home cooking service offers the gift of time, allowing you to focus on precious moments with your loved ones. If you enjoy cooking and want to deepen your skills, join our social cooking classes where you can taste, cook (while enjoying a wine / kid-free time), and bring home nourishing meals for your family—consider your meal prep done!
For a gentle reset or detox, our beloved liquid cleanse is back, thoughtfully adapted for breastfeeding mothers too.

Our Founder
I’m Missy.
As a mum, nutritionist (BHSc), and passionate whole-foods cook, the vision for Well Mama & Kin came to life when I recognised the need for more personalised care for mamas and their families. After six years of nourishing the local community through Imperfect Nutritionist meal delivery, café, and catering services, and starting a family of my own, I felt a deep calling to create a more intimate service where I could work closely with mamas and their kin.
Through my journey, I've learned the vital importance of prioritising my own health and wellness to better support my family's well-being. Now, I'm eager to share the knowledge and skills I've developed over the years with other mothers, helping them nurture themselves and their loved ones with the care and attention they deserve.
